Throughout 2020, Jake Tauscher, an MBA candidate at the Harvard School of Business worked on a research project surveying customer success leaders across software and B2B verticals. Upon completion of the report, I was responsible for turning Tauscher's findings and insights into a designed, easy-to-read content offer.One of the most exciting challenges of this project was the prospect of data visualization and creating branded graphics that effectively conveyed the findings of the report. The final report released by the software company SaaSWorks, contributed to a 200% increase in leads.
